Refund policy
We have a 30-day refund policy for physical items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. We do not accept returns on lotions, bath teas, or skin care items. If you have any trouble with your product, please reach out via email and we would be happy to discuss.
For Birth services:
What happens if my doula misses the birth?
If your doula misses your birth because you do not call her, or your labor is very fast, the payment for the doula services remains the same. It is important to remember that even if you do not call your doula to attend your labor, or it is so quick that she is unable to attend, please inform her of the birth so that she may provide the best postpartum care for you as is possible.
If you do not have a doula in attendance for the birth of your baby because of an error on the part of the doula, you will receive a refund of the fee minus the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you choose to cancel the doula service you will be reimbursed accordingly. The amount reimbursed will be determined at the time of cancellation. The non-refundable deposit and any services provided by the doula previous to the cancellation will be deducted from the amount reimbursed. No refund is provided for cancellations within 30 days of the due date.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
