Doulas provide constant care, knowledge, and hands on support to families and are a great addition to your birthing team! I will advocate for you during your birth to ensure your birth wishes are followed and be present with you from when you need me until up to 2 hours after your baby is born!
I believe that everyone should have access to a Doula. With this being said, I am so very flexible with payment plan options based on your families budget.

Initial Consultation

- Our connection is so important, so this meeting we will just simply be getting to know each other to see if I would be a good fit for your family!
Prenatal Visit
- 2 visits about 2 hours long
- These visits we will get to know each other more, create a birth preference sheet, basic childbirth education, relaxation and mindfulness practice, breath work, newborn basics, teach support person techniques to comfort you, positions for labor and birth, gentle yoga and stretches, hold space for any questions you may have and more.
Labor + Birth

- 24/7 access to contact me from the time of signing your contract until after your last postpartum visit
- 2 weeks prior to due date until baby is born I will be on call - only available to you during this time
- Presence during your birth up to 2 hours postpartum
Postpartum Visit

Once you are settled in at home, I will come visit and make sure you are settling in well and give you your birth notes. This visit is generally 1 hour long. I will also do the following:
- Hold space for any questions and thoughts
- Help with feeding (breastfeeding, bottle feeding)
- Debrief from Birthing experience
