Doulas provide constant care, knowledge, and hands on support to families and are a great addition to your birthing team! I will advocate for you during your birth to ensure your birth wishes are followed and be present with you from when you need me until up to 2 hours after your baby is born!
I believe that everyone should have access to a Doula. With this being said, I am so very flexible with payment plan options based on your families budget.
Included in this investment:
Initial Consultation
- Complementary
- Our connection is so important, and during this meeting we will just simply be getting to know each other! We will use this visit to get to know each other a bit as well as anyone attending your birth with you and a little about your pregnancy!
Prenatal Visit
- About 2 hours
- 1-2 at home visits to go over your birth preferences and create a birth plan
Labor + Birth
- This includes: 24/7 access to contact me from the time of signing your contract until we are done with your care with any questions you may have.
- 1-2 prenatal visit
- Birth Plan creation to share with everyone attending your birth
- 1 week prior to due date until baby is born I will be on call - only available to you during this time
- Presence during your birth up to 2 hours postpartum
Postpartum Visit
- Once you are settled in at home, I will come visit and make sure you are settling in well and give you your birth notes. These visits are generally 1.5 hours long. I will also do the following:
- Hold space for any questions and thoughts
- Help with feeding (breastfeeding, bottle feeding)
- Debrief from Birthing experience
