The Postpartum Course

A 4 hour course where we will talk about caring for your newborn baby and mama, support for dad/partner, things to look out for, how to swaddle, diaper, burp, and baby carry, postpartum healing, PPD, baby wearing, basic breastfeeding info and much more! Hands on experience with weighted babies to get as much practice as possible. Local resources will also be provided for support outside my scope of practice.
