Initial Consultation

• Our connection is so important, and during this meeting we will just simply be getting to know each other! We will use this visit to get to know each other a bit as well as anyone attending your birth with you and a little about your pregnancy!

Prenatal Visit

• About 2 hours each visit 

• 4 prenatal visits (more or less based on needs of family)
• Up to 3 of these visits will be dedicated to birth preferences and creating a birth plan, talk about what you would like your birth space to look like, relaxation, a basic touch on childbirth education, breastfeeding, and newborn basics, teach support person techniques to comfort you during early labor, positions, practice baby carriers, swaddles, and diapers, and hold space for any questions you may have. 
• 1 of these visits will include a birth rehearsal visit (including Hypnobabies® birth rehearsal families) in last few weeks of pregnancy to practice getting into a labor flow state/birth rhythm and go over the breath work, positions and scenarios we had previously prepared for to help prepare you and your birth partner for your beautiful day to come as well as a BRM® body balancing assessment and tools to help balance your body in preparation for birth. 

Labor + Birth 

• This includes: 24/7 access to contact me from the time of signing your contract until we are done with your care with any questions you may have.
• Basic childbirth education and newborn care included (if you would like a more in-depth class, a full session is available)
• 4 prenatal visits (based on needs of family)
• Birth rehearsal visit (including Hypnobabies® birth rehearsal families)
• Birth Plan creation to share with everyone attending your birth
• 2 weeks prior to due date until baby is born I will be on call - only available to you during this time
• Presence during your birth up to 2 hours postpartum

Postpartum Visit 

• Once you are settled in at home, I will come visit and make sure you are settling in well and give you your gift basket and birth notes. These visits are generally 2 hours long. I will also do the following:
• Hold space for any questions and thoughts
• Help with feeding (breastfeeding, bottle feeding)
• Help with baby wearing
• Debrief from Birthing experience
• Anything that I can help with during this time including light household chores
