Doulas provide constant care, knowledge, and hands on support to families and are a great addition to your birthing team! I will be present with you from when you need me until up to 2 hours after your baby is born.
I believe that everyone should have access to a Doula and I am so very flexible with payment plan options based on your families budget.
Included in this investment:
Initial Consultation
- Complementary
- Our connection is so important, and during this meeting we will just simply be getting to know each other! We will use this visit to get to know each other a bit as well as anyone attending your birth with you and a little about your pregnancy!
Prenatal Visit
- 4 visits About 2 hours each visit

- These visits we will get to know each other, create a birth preference sheet, talk about what you would like your birth space to look like, relaxation and mindfulness practice, breathwork, prenatal yoga, a basic touch on childbirth education, breastfeeding, newborn basics, teach support person techniques to comfort you, positions, practice baby carriers, hold space for any questions you may have and much more.
Labor + Birth
- This includes: 24/7 access to contact me from the time of signing your contract until we are done with your care with any questions you may have.
- 2 weeks prior to due date until baby is born I will be on call - only available to you during this time
- I will join you at home or your place of birth when you are ready for me
- Presence during your birth up to 2 hours postpartum
Postpartum Visit
- 2 visits
- 1st visit within the first week or two of birth: Once you are settled in at home, I will come visit and make sure you are settling in well and give you your gift basket. These visits are generally 2 hours long. I will also do the following:
- Hold space for any questions and thoughts
- Help with feeding (breastfeeding, bottle feeding)
- Help with baby wearing
- Talk about birthing experience
- Anything that I can help with during this time including light household chores
- 2nd visit anytime: 2 hours of postpartum doula support which included everything listed above, meal prep, light household chores, postpartum relaxation and gentle yoga, and anything else that can be helpful
