I am so excited to announce Nurtured Root + Co has a physical location! This space will provide a home for classes, 1 on 1 meetings, retail, and workshops such as:

CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION

• Basic and Full classes available
• Small intimate groups for a more personalized approach
• Learn basics of anatomy, labor and birth positions, risks and benefits of interventions, body prep, informed consent, and much more!

PRENATAL & RESTORATIVE YOGA!

• Small groups and 1 on 1 sessions for personalized approach based on your specific needs

POSTPARTUM 101

• Newborn care and feeding basics
• Postpartum and Cesarean care basics
• Small intimate groups to form community and room for many questions
• Practice diaper changes, burping, swaddling, etc

RELAXATION THERAPY

• An hour session 1 on 1 session dedicated to calming your mind and relaxing your body
• Roving body scan
• Dimmed, calm environment with relaxing sounds
• Light stretching to release tension in body
  Ending session with holding space for feelings

WORKSHOPS:

• Labor and Birth Positions Workshop - Learn positions and techniques for you and your partner to comfort you during your birthing time
• Baby Wearing - Learn and try different baby carriers and safety info
• Various support groups - Join us in a safe space to share and hold each other to process your experience from birth and postpartum
• Dads Day - A just for dad workshop led by a fellow dad to talk all about self care, form community with other dads, learn ways to help support mama and baby, and a safe space to share feelings and thoughts
• Herbal Workshop - talk all things herbalism and learn more about herbs and aromatherapy
• Creative Mama Workshop - calling all mama’s who love to create, we will have a night to share our art and a place to set aside for joys that make you, you!
