- Small, Intimate Group Setting: With a limited number of participants, you will receive individualized attention, allowing for more adjustments, guidance, and support throughout the practice.
- Birth Doula Expertise: As a trained birth doula, I bring a unique perspective to the class, incorporating techniques for deep relaxation, mindful breathing, and body awareness that support both physical healing and emotional well-being. This knowledge is especially beneficial for those navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or anyone seeking a gentler approach to wellness.

No prior yoga experience is necessary. All levels are welcome, and each class will be adapted to your specific needs. Please fill out intake form prior to your first class to allow for a fully personalized experience. Wear comfortable clothing, and come ready to experience a deeply restorative practice in a safe, supportive environment. I provide mats, props, and water - so just bring yourself!
