Basic Child Birth Education Course

A three hour educational course focused on teaching you the basics childbirth information from topics like interventions, how pregnancy works and what goes on with the body during this time, and creating a birth plan to basic breastfeeding information and more! With built in activities and maybe a joke or two, these personalized sessions are sure to leave you feeling confident about the adventure awaiting you!
