Join my intimate childbirth education class designed to nurture and empower expectant parents in a supportive, community-centered environment. Led by an experienced birth doula and restorative yoga teacher, this course is a deeper dive into childbirth education which combines evidence-based information with holistic wellness practices to help you feel informed, confident, and connected as you approach your birth. This engaging, interactive two-day educational course is designed for a holistic experience for expecting families seeking a deeper understanding of the birth process, as well as breathing tools, comfort measures, and mental prep during pregnancy, birth, and the immediate postpartum period. This comprehensive 6-hour course is divided into two 3hr sessions, ensuring a balance of information, hands-on practice, and meaningful discussions.
