Full Child Birth Education Course

An 8 hour educational course broken into two days to focused on teaching you childbirth information from topics like risks and benefits of interventions, how pregnancy works and what goes on with the body during this time, and practicing labor and birth positions to creating a birth plan, basic breastfeeding information and more! We will simulate birthing waves (contractions) and work on breathwork to manage through those sensations, find your body's alignment and tools to use your body to help baby navigate through your pelvis, etc! These sessions go a bit deeper into evidence based info and will help build confidence to make the right decisions for you and your family. With lots of built in hands on activities and maybe a joke or two, these personalized sessions are sure to leave you feeling confident about the adventure awaiting you!
